THE MAKING OF MOCEAN

This is not my ‘Job” it is my lifestyle, with many years of trial and error having shaped me into the trainer-coach-motivator that I am today. I have been in the Health & Fitness Industry for 15 years after a lifetime passion of sport and fitness, which took me on this journey of building MOCEAN FITNESS. A place where we don’t take ourselves to seriously, a place to find new friends, we focus on ‘lifestyle’ fitness so you can enjoy this amazing part of the world with your family and friends. Fitness for us is NOT about empty measures and numbers on scales or smashing (depleting) yourself everyday!!  True ‘health’ is earned through respecting your body.

My passion has seen me succeed at high levels in athletics, netball and recently Obstacle Course Racing. I have been #1 Elite Female obstacle course racer in Australia representing Australia at 3 world championship events. But most importantly I’m an ordinary Mum of 3 girls just trying to get the daily juggle half right!

Most recently I was lucky enough to be a semifinalist in Australian Ninja Warrior. It has been an honour to train/compete with some of Australia’s top athletes along with being coached and mentored by some of the best fitness professionals in the business. With my experience in the sporting world, as well as being a grounded busy mum of three young girls, I assure you, I can help you reach your goals weather you’re an athlete, fitness enthusiast, a Mum looking to return/start exercise or the couch potato looking to start somewhere.

Mocean Fitness prides itself on creating a friendly, supportive community atmosphere amongst its clients.

I am not in this industry to ‘smash’ you! I do not focus on how you look!

For me it is all about how your FEEL! The rest then just takes care of itself!
