Lead by one of our experienced Mocean team members, our passion for working with kids will shine through. Janet will share her skills and expertise as a Ninja Warrior after featuring on the worldwide phenomenon program, Australian Ninja Warrior season 1 & 2.

Ninja Academy (Yr 7-10s)
For our high schoolers, our ‘next level’ ninjas. Mostly based in our larger gym space, sessions incorporate bodyweight conditioning work (strength and mobility) along with all the challenging fun of the ninja obstacles.
Mondays 4:45pm (45min)

The kids will be run ragged by Margaret River’s very own Australian Ninja Warrior competitor- Janet Smith, or one of our passionate Mocean Team Members.
We will lead them through some Parkour Fun, Specialised Ninja Skills and Obstacle course challenges!
Mums/Dads sit back, relax, take some photos and let us lead the FUN:-)

Test yourself in our purpose built Ninja/Obstacle facility.
A great low key birthday party option, you still get the experience of swinging, hanging, climbing without necessarily worrying about bringing food/cake etc (Although you are more than welcome to bring a fruit platter for example or sneak in a quick cake at the end).
Perfect for the older kids that don’t necessarily want the ‘birthday party’ but want somewhere to hang and have fun with their friends.
Or for the little ones (4/5yr olds) plenty of playtime before they get tired.

Build upper body and core strength and mobility.
This session is designed to be fun, a unique way to get fitter, stronger and more mobile.
We are a Movement/Obstacle based facility so our aim is to get you strong and mobile to enjoy some ‘play’. If you have admired the strength of a gymnast, a Ninja Warrior Fan or simply want to do the monkey bars with your kids, then this session is for you.
A typical session will start with mobility (loosening up all your joints), then moving onto calisthenic (body weight) movements designed to strengthen your upper body and core. We will add hanging elements (bar/ring work) to develop your ‘grip’ strength in preparation for any of the obstacles you’d like to try. The session can also feature ‘parkour’ style movements to bring the spring back in your step. You may also find a session could focus on a particular ‘skill’ for example, achieving your first pull up or muscle up.
